Method
- In a medium bowl microwave the cream cheese for 30-60 seconds or until it is softened.
- Mix in the green chilis, cheddar, and garlic.
- Mix well.Microwave the dip for 45 seconds, stir and then an additional 45 seconds or until it is heated through.Alternately, you can spread the mixture in a baking dish and bake at 350 degrees F for 20-30 min or until heated through.
- Serve with tortilla chips and enjoy the game (or the food!)
