
Buttery garlic white wine mushroom stir fry
A tasty and quick recipe for Stir Fry Mushrooms in Butter, Garlic, and White Wine that fits a gluten-free diet. It is an excellent dish to make for a cozy dinner night, especially during the fall season.
Ingredients

garlic

butter
3 Tbsps

white wine
1 Tbsp

teriyaki sauce
1 Tbsp

balsamic vinegar
1 Tbsp

black pepper
0.5 tsps

salt

0.25 tsps

parsley
0.25 cup

Method
- Melt butter in frying pan, add garlic and stir fry till fragrant.
- Add mushrooms and stir fry for 1/2 min.
- Add white wine and let it evaporate. Fry for another 1 min, add salt, black pepper, balsamic vinegar, teriyaki sauce and chilly oil. Fry for another minute. Turn heat to low and add parsley and spring onions and mix well and transfer to serving plate.
