Easy Chicken Wings are a delicious American recipe perfect for a gluten-free and dairy-free diet. This dish is ideal as an appetizer and takes around 45 minutes to make. It provides 10% of your daily requirements of vitamins and minerals.
Ingredients
chicken wings
700 grams
ketchup
180 ml
bbq sauce
3 Tbsps
runny honey
2 tsps
sesame oil
0.5 Tbsps
tabasco sauce
3 drop
oil

Method
- Clean and wash chicken wings and drumettes in running water and pat dry.
- Heat oil in the pan over medium heat.
- When the oil is hot add chicken wings and fry for 3-4 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove from the oil and keep aside.
- In another pan, mix ketchup, BBQ sauce, honey, sesame oil, and Capsico sauce. Stir over the medium flame for few minutes or until sticky and thicken.
- Add deep fried wings in the sauce and toss together until everything is coated with sauce.
- Serve hot with your favorite dips.
