Fried yam with spicy mayo
A flavorful side dish recipe of Fried Yam with Spicy Mayo, perfect for those following a gluten-free, dairy-free, lacto-ovo vegetarian, and FODMAP-friendly diet. It covers 2% of your daily requirements of vitamins and minerals and takes about 45 minutes to make. Great for a holiday gathering or a casual meal with friends.
Ingredients

mayonnaise
1 Tbsp
salt

Method
- Peel, rinse and slice your yam and set aside.In a pot of boiling water, place your sliced yam to cook for about 2-3 minutes.Strain in a sieve with paper towel to remove excess water and sprinkle your salt.
